Have you ever thought about Jesus's words "Faith can move mountains", and then thought "How can faith move mountains? That doesn't make sense." He then says that with faith, nothing will be impossible.
Is moving a mountain possible? In realistic terms, it isn't. How many mountains have you seen moved in your lifetime? But what if Jesus is actually saying that if the desire is strong enough, if we are persistent enough, and if we really believe that it can be moved, then it will happen. It will happen because we will bring it before the Lord day and night. We will take action and plan ways in which to make it move. We will build a teams of men and women, we will read geology studies in depth, and seek counsel from those who have more knowledge on the study. We will start moving the mountain.
How many of us pray for things, and then sit back and wait for God to answer? I am learning that faith requires action. It is not an option.
If the Kingdom of God is within us, what are we waiting for? We have to start taking risks and making our own decisions. If we don't, we will be stuck living the life someone else wants for us. Life is too short to walk in the shadow of someone else's story. That is just not the way we were meant to be.
Anything you want, are willing to work for, set goals toward, and never give up on is yours.
